Renew & Restore is a series of free, 90-minute wellness sessions hosted at River's Edge Counselling Centre in St. Albert, offered at no cost to local organizations, businesses, and teams.

This session: Meeting Yourself Where You Are: Understanding Change as a Process, led by Laura Charrois, R. Prov. Psych.

How it works. Choose any one of our 19 sessions across the 2026/27 season and bring your team. Each runs 10:00 – 11:30 AM at our Centre: a 45 to 50 minute talk from one of our therapists, then time for questions and discussion. Refreshments and take-home materials are provided. Groups of up to 20 are welcome, smaller teams can be paired with another, and interested individuals are welcome to reach out.

Why we're doing this. We kept hearing the same thing from leaders across St. Albert: the mental health needs are real and growing, and it's hard to find the time, budget, or capacity to do something meaningful about it. So we've removed the barriers. Nothing to organize, no speaker to find, no content to build, and no cost. All your team needs to do is make the time and space to attend.
