Lunch N' Learn — Session 2 — LEAD: The Brain-Smart Leader

Description

Session 2: Lead With Clarity: The Brain-Smart Leader

Make better decisions. Communicate better. Lead with clarity.

What you teach: How the condition of our brain affects the way we lead—especially under pressure.

You can talk about emotional regulation, communication, decision fatigue, stress, and how leaders set the emotional tone for their teams.

3 Takeaway Actions:

1. Pause before you respond — teach a practical brain-based strategy for responding rather than reacting.
2. Reduce decision fatigue — identify recurring decisions that can be simplified, delegated, automated, or scheduled.
3. Lead with curiosity — before assuming or correcting, ask one good question: “Help me understand what’s happening here.”

Key message: Healthy leadership starts with a healthy brain.
